Winter means cold, ice, snow, and shorter days. How do New Hampshire animals survive these conditions? Join a Squam Lakes Natural Science Center Naturalist to meet live animals up close and find out about various successful adaptations they use to cope with the stresses of winter. Visiting animals may include porcupine, Great Horned Owl, opossum, skunk, woodchuck, Eastern Screech Owl, turtles, or hawks.

This event is free, open to the public, and all ages are welcome.
