Join us for an Icelandic Tradition, JOLABOKAFLOD- “A FLOOD OF BOOKS”! Our take will be an afternoon of stories and hot chocolate! This “book flood” tradition  is held in Iceland on Christmas Eve as a way of sharing the their love of reading, and we wanted to invite families to join us at the library to cozy up (PJ’s optional!), bring pillows and blankets, and enjoys some hot chocolate with us as we enjoy some new books in the children’s room! Mrs. Gove will read a book about the Icelandic tradition, and then your family can explore the other curated books we have to offer!
