The Newbury Public Library is seeking qualified applicants for the part time position (20 hours/month) of Bookkeeper. The bookkeeper is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reports to the Board. The applicant should have the ability to keep accurate, organized, and detailed records, work independently, and exercise good judgment and initiative. The ideal candidate should have experience with Quickbooks and accounting, strong communication skills, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Hourly range dependent on qualifications.
