Join Melodie Swanson for a six-week yoga workshop and explore three different styles of yoga! Melodie is completing her 200hr YTT- she believes Yoga is the practice of coming home to yourself.

Through gentle guidance, grounding breath work and mindful flows, she helps students cultivate balance, resilience and self awareness. Melodie is passionate about making yoga accessible to every BODY and every stage of life.

All levels and beginner friendly

Slow Deep Stretch – Week 1 & 2- 9/21 & 9/28

A deeply restorative practice that focuses on longer holds and total body stretches. This session provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on the the breath and let your stress fall away.

Slow Flow- Week 3 & 4- 10/5 & 10/19

This session is about allowing you time to become aware of your body while creating a deeper connection to your breath. Explore the subtleties of both effort and ease as you learn to move more mindfully.

Gentle Yoga- Week 5 & 6-10/26 & 11/2

A less intense style of yoga that is suitable for all levels and ages. It is designed to be accessible for every BODY, while being nurturing and helping to improve flexibility and ROM (range of motion)
