A class series of mindful movement introducing the foundations of Tai Chi along with balance exercises. Led by a Physical Therapist trained in
“Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance”, this class will include slow-flowing, intentional movements that focus on posture, weight-shifting, coordination, body awareness, and connection to breathing. Chairs will be provided and utilized for a seated option and use as standing support.
5 Tai Ji Quan forms will be taught, one each week, therefore the class is progressive and it is recommended to attend all sessions if able.
