“Cardio drumming combines cardio exercise and drumming to the rhythm of the music in an easy but effective workout. It’s a fun, fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm, and burn calories. You don’t need to be a drummer to do it, and even more amazingly, you don’t even need drums! It can also be modified for people with other limitations. It can be done from a chair, wheelchair or standing. My classes are judgement free and we have so much fun!
