SUMMARY:Collaged Meditation Scroll/ Prayer Scroll with Mary Boyea
DESCRIPTION:Get out of your head and into your hands as you engage yourself with this meditative activity  working with mixed media to produce a 4” tall paper scroll. The result will be a work of art that can be used for book art\, junk journals and collage pieces or kept intact as a reflective tool for meditation\, manifestation\, or prayer.\nWe will be using a variety of paper to create this piece through collage\, stamping\, mark making\, and text to create this scroll. Come with an idea for a theme or just let the materials inspire your process. \nThis class requires no special skill or experience. The idea is to enjoy this meditative activity. Don’t let yourself think you can’t do it.  It’s just paper! \nSign-up is required as space is limited! \nMade possible by the Friends of the Newbury Public Library!
