Notice is hereby given that the Newbury Public
Library Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing
on Thursday August 29th , 10am, 2024 at the
Newbury Public Library, 933 Route 103 Newbury
NH, pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes
Title XVI – LIBRARIES Chapter 202-A:4-c, III. (a)

To accept a check in the amount of $8,204.50 of
unanticipated funds, as part of an estate distribution
of Carl “Eric” Unger. This hearing is open to the public

and all are welcome to attend.
