Hi all,

This has been a hard decision for us and one that we weighed very carefully. Due to the current recommendations for social distancing to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the Newbury Public Library will be closed to the public on March 17th.  Please continue to check our website for updates.

In the meantime, we have WiFi available outside the building, and the password is taped on the door. It is the “NewburyLibrary-Public” network.  You also have access to the State Library’s Overdrive collection, which provides access to free ebooks and audiobooks through the NH Downloadable Books.    Please also check our Facebook page and this Resource page for additional online services and resources the library is providing, including recorded read-alongs, resources from other educational sources, and crafts and activities for you do do from home.

We know that these are uncertain times for all of us, and we want you to know that we will still be available! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need something!

Stay well,
